Common pricing questions.

What counts as an account?

One customer organisation in your portfolio. You can have unlimited contacts, stakeholders, scorecards, and internal users per account. Pricing applies to the customer organisation, never to internal users or seats.

How does Growth pricing work?

Growth is two charges that add together: a flat platform fee from €600 / month, plus the per-account utility rate (from €3 / account / month, with volume discount applied). The platform fee buys SSO, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, priority support, advanced workflow automation, and the custom report builder. The per-account rate follows the same volume discount table as Standalone.

When does Standalone make sense vs Growth?

Standalone runs without a platform fee, which suits revenue teams running their first programme on the platform or teams that don’t need SSO and dedicated success. Growth is recommended for teams with 100+ strategic accounts who want SSO, a dedicated CSM, priority support, advanced workflow automation, and the custom report builder. The per-account rate is identical on both tiers.

How does the volume discount work?

The per-account rate slides from €3.00 down to €2.00 automatically as your account count grows. This applies to both Standalone and Growth. For portfolios above 500 accounts, Enterprise commercial terms apply.

Can we move between tiers?

Yes. Start on the 30-day pilot, move to Standalone when you’re ready, upgrade to Growth when you need SSO or a dedicated CSM, transition to Enterprise when you need custom integrations or a custom security review. No data migration, no re-setup.

Are internal users really unlimited?

Yes. Every plan, every department, every region. You pay per customer account, never per internal user or per seat. Bring all of Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product into the same workspace.

How does the customer portal work commercially?

The white-label portal is included on every plan with unlimited external users at no charge. You choose per account whether to invite the customer or run that account internal-only.

What integrations are included?

What about Eva AI?

Eva AI is an optional add-on at €5 per account per month, available on every plan. Eva AI drafts QBR agendas from the signal mix, summarises stakeholder activity, and assists with playbook execution.
