How the renewal risk score is calculated
This calculator generates a composite renewal risk score from 0 to 100 across four signal dimensions, each weighted equally at 25 points. A score of 0 indicates no detected risk. A score of 100 indicates maximum risk on all dimensions simultaneously.
The four dimensions mirror a structured account health score: satisfaction (NPS/CSAT level and trend direction), commercial health (contract utilisation), operational delivery (OTD, SLA compliance, or quality rating), and relationship strength (executive engagement and unresolved escalation count).
The thresholds for action recommendations are illustrative. Your actual thresholds should be calibrated to your portfolio and relationship type.
