A weighted account health scorecard that’s more honest than a gut feel
Fifteen signals across five categories, with weights you configure to match your business. Score each signal 0–10 and watch the weighted health score calculate live. This is the same scoring logic EvaluationsHub runs automatically — done here by hand, for one account, once.
Account & rater
Tip: print one copy per rater — KAM, service lead, finance — and compare. The gap between two people’s scores of the same account is usually the most useful number on the page.
Set your weights
How much should each category count? Weights must total 100%. Defaults below match the standard EvaluationsHub configuration — adjust for your segment (e.g. logistics teams often weight Delivery higher; professional services weight Engagement higher).
| Category | Weight % | Rule of thumb |
|---|---|---|
| Satisfaction | What they say | |
| Engagement | What they do | |
| Commercial | What they spend | |
| Delivery | What you deliver | |
| Expansion | Where it can grow |
Total: 100%
Score the signals
0 = crisis, 5 = acceptable, 10 = exemplary. If you don’t know, score it 3 — not knowing is itself a signal.
| Signal | How to judge it | Score /10 |
|---|---|---|
| Satisfaction | – | |
| NPS / CSAT trend | Last two survey rounds, direction matters more than level | |
| QBR sentiment | Tone and content of the last review | |
| Complaint / escalation volume | Formal and informal, trailing 90 days | |
| Engagement | – | |
| Meeting cadence kept | Are they showing up? Cancelling? Delegating downward? | |
| C-suite / sponsor access | When did an executive last take your call? | |
| Champion health | Is your champion present, influential, and still employed there? | |
| Commercial | – | |
| Fee / volume trend | Trailing 12 months vs prior period | |
| Renewal clock position | 10 = just renewed, 0 = notice window open and undecided | |
| Invoice / payment signals | Late payments and disputes are early exit behaviour | |
| Delivery | – | |
| SLA / OTIF compliance | Against contract, trailing quarter | |
| Incident trend | Count and severity, improving or worsening | |
| Resolution speed | Time to fix when something breaks | |
| Expansion | – | |
| Whitespace coverage | Share of their addressable need you currently serve | |
| Cross-sell signals | Are they asking about adjacent services? | |
| Growth indicators | Their business trajectory: hiring, sites, volumes | |
Now the uncomfortable maths
This took you ~20 minutes for one account, scored by one person, valid for about a week. For a 40-account portfolio scored monthly by three raters, that’s 40 hours a month — which is why nobody actually does it by hand, and why risk surfaces at renewal instead of nine weeks earlier.
EvaluationsHub runs this exact scoring cycle automatically, per segment, on the schedule you set. Every cycle produces a complete scorecard — no manual assembly, no Excel. See multi-source scoring →
Surveys and structured feedback requests go out automatically, and non-responders get chased with reminders and escalation — so scores arrive without you sending a single follow-up email. See automated collection →
Commercial, technical, service, finance and executive stakeholders each score their view — and your customer’s own people contribute through the branded portal. One weighted score, many honest inputs. See stakeholder input →
OTIF, incident counts, fee trends and invoice signals flow in from your ERP and CRM — so half the signals above are measured, not remembered. See integrations →
